TN Advisory ("TNA") is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2014. We provide consulting services including commercial due diligence, corporate strategy, consumer insights and competitor intelligence. We partner with top-tier private equity funds including Fountainvest, KKR, Warburg Pincus, PAG, Trustar Capital, Morgan Stanley PE, Temasek, and leading corporations including China Resources, Genomics, SF Express and Viatris.
Our
coverage spans across all industries including consumer goods, retail, healthcare,
industrial, TMT and B2B services. We are dedicated to generating genuine
insights and helping our clients to make better informed decisions. We have
successfully delivered more than 100 consulting service projects. Our services

The founder is from Bain & Company, with ~20 years of experiences in consulting industry; team members all have international education backgrounds from top universities. Our alumni joined leading companies in different industries, including Bain & Company, Alibaba, Meituan, Viatris, etc.

在TNA，刚来的第一个月我便深度参与了项目——前辈会根据我擅长的领域给我分配任务，让我更容易上手，并最大化发挥我已有的知识技能优势，同时在项目中锻炼独立思考的能力，训练咨询思维模式。在随后的一系列项目中，我接触了不同的working module，技能点不断扩充，对于行业的理解也逐步加深。更重要的是，在工作中我能感受到自身的价值创造，而非仅仅是一个“没有感情的打工机器”。
除此之外，我还很喜欢TNA的工作氛围，忙碌时严谨认真，休息时轻松愉快，每天都过得非常充实~公司的管理非常扁平化，大家不仅是同事，也是很好的朋友；前辈们不会吝啬经验的传授，尽力帮助应届生“小白”快速成长。
