招聘岗位：质量工程师/实习生
JD:
1. Objective of job
- Support in assuring the quality of products and work processes for G08 DP.
- Ensure continuous high quality production of G38 CC, F52 CC and G2X CC projects.
- Analyze and optimize customer complaints to ensure no related problems occur again.
- Assess potential quality risks on site and identify them in advance and resolve them before customer complaints.
2. Principle activities
- Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g.with regard to function, completeness, etc.), compare target/actual deviations as necessary
- Maintaining efficient co-operation in partnership with all departments necessary.
- Participating in the quality cost accounting
- Updating the quality Inspection instruction
- Ensuring all testing equipment used for quality inspection are in normal status and in valid period
- Filling out defect reports and pass them on to the departments in charge
- Dealing with the complaints of defect and inform related department in time
- Ensuring the quality of products supplied to internal and external customers
- Participating to batch release.
- Develop and plan complex tests/inspections
- Create reports according to external customer requirements
- Create documentation, taking into account customer-specific guidelines.
- Collecting related quality data and compiling the quality report
- Providing rationalization proposals to the quality manager on the QS-System
- Training the inspectors according to the training plan
3. Job requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering with two years' experience in quality related field
- Analysed and solve the noise, appearance, function and other problems of the G08 DP project from various aspects.
- Analysed and optimize the projects of G2Y CC and G38 CC spring, gather colleagues from various departments to brainstorm.
- Oral English can be used as working language.
工作时间：9：00-18：00 周末双休
薪酬福利：
