一、关于高意
II-VI上海ROADM研发中心成立于2004年，从最初的协助美国研发中心完成固件和硬件测试起步，逐渐发展到产品完整测试。经过十几年和美国研发团队的合作我们开发了许多优秀的产品，包括光放大器，OCM， OTDR和线卡，赢得了客户的尊重和满意。 2019年开始，II-VI上海ROADM研发中心开始为国内的数据中心客户提供完整的光学解决方案，依托其多年的光学模块，子系统设计能力，以及公司强大的垂直整合的供应链系统，推出了II-VI公司第一台面对数据中心互联的光层传输设备，成功为公司打开了一块全新的业务市场。公司产品涵盖了光通信领域中主干核心和城域网络中的各种模块，子系统以及系统，服务于国内和国外所有的客户，成为整个ROADM事业部的主要研发力量。

二、关于招聘
招聘对象：2022届海内外应届毕业生
招聘岗位：
ü Optics, Electro-optics, Physics or EE, MS Preferred;
ü Have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in written and oral English;
ü Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues;
ü Good leadership, responsibility and initiative.
2. Firmware Engineer 固件工程师
ü BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred;
ü Good master of C, C++ and assembly language;
ü Knowledge and experience on object-oriented software design.
ü Experience on embedded firmware or embedded Linux software development.
ü Knowledge of digital signal processing.
ü Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;
ü Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
3. Software Engineer 软件工程师
ü BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred;
ü Good experience of C, C++, Python or Go language;
ü Knowledge and experience on software design and code implementation;
ü Experience on embedded Linux software development;
ü Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;
ü Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
4. Software Verification Engineer 自动化测试工程师
ü BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred;
ü Strong logic analysis capability and clear communication capability.
ü Working knowledge of hardware, software engineering and testing;
ü Development experience in Python or other language;
ü Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;
ü Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
5. Optical Test Engineer 光学测试工程师
ü Optics, Electro-optics,EE or related degree, MS Preferred;
ü Knowledge or experience in C# or other language development:
ü Strong instrument practical and hands-on ability:
ü Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues;
ü Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;
ü Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
6. FPGA Engineer FPGA工程师
ü EE, ME or related degree, MS preferred
ü Knowledge on FPGA, digital circuit and digital signal processing
ü Experience on FPGA development (design/coding/simulation/verification/tooling)
preferred
ü Strong logical thinking ability and clear expression
ü Passion on FPGA and embedded system design and development
ü Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented
7. Reliability Engineer 可靠性工程师
ü EE, ME, CE or related degree, MS preferred
ü Knowledge on probability and statistics, analog/digital circuit and reliability basic knowledge
ü Knowledge on reliability test, pysical failure mechanism, reliability model, data analysis, semiconductor fundamentals, polymer material, program management(electrical principal, PCB/PCBA design and process) preferred
ü Strong logical thinking ability and clear expression
ü Show willing on reliability working.
ü Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented
