§ Purpose of the Position
Develop business in China.
§ Main Tasks
§ Analyze market requirements/demands/trends in terms of application products
§ Specification and potential market size
§ Collection competitors’ information: price, product services
§ Provide market information to SBF to ensure right strategy for market
§ Represent sales activities on the market
§ Investigate sales opportunities in terms of content, budget and schedule
§ Work together with team leader and service engineer to prepare Demo show and marketing activities
§ Responsible for customer satisfaction survey
§ Assisting management in business forecast
§ Competencies
§ Willing to learn with fast learning process
§ Outstanding communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills
§ Self-motivated, flexible and good team player
§ Requirements Profile
§ Minimum bachelor degree of engineering, major in measurement and instrument is preferred

§ Purpose of the Position
Take responsible for HR service for Kistler China
§ Main Tasks
· Payroll Related: take responsible for overall payroll process; social insurance, housing fund and IIT check.
· Make sure payroll process is in compliance.Support yearly external audit for finance and social benefits.
· Maintain employee information/personal information through HR system timely..
· Support to delivery other benefits, e.g. yearly physical check.
· In liaison with 3rd part for hiring and termination local process and maintain personnel folders internally.
· Support to plan people cost budget and analysis; submit FTE report concerning personal costs monthly.
· Take responsible for logistic and/or schedule for interviews
· Employee activities management.
§ Competencies
§ In accordance with regulations governing powers and competencies in the Kistler Group
in the context of the function level (CD***-EN).
§ Requirements Profile
· Bachelor Degree or above, majoy in human Resouce Management preferable.
· At least 5 years HR Generalist experience.
· Familiar with chinese labor law.
· Good Engilish in written and verbal
· High integrity and responsibility.
· Good logical thinking and quick learner.
· Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure or take new challenge.
