物流Shipping Planner

Job Duties:

-The shipping planner will be in charge of coordinating BUT shipment to France together with suppliers & booking agent in order to ensure a smooth and on-time delivery from the supplier factory up to destination.

- Create shipment and assign order to shipment in BUT TMS system for all BUT international orders and provide supplier with loading instruction;

- Coordinate daily operation with our booking agent and analyze performance through KPI issuance;

- Push supplier to issue telex release & other documents before ETA to avoid any container storage penalty at destination port;

- Collect documents for special shipments if necessary;

- Update on regular basis, supplier & internal process to improve global logistics performance;

- Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager.

运输计划员将负责与供应商和订舱代理协调货物到法国的运输，以确保从供应商工厂到目的地的顺利和准时的交货。

-为除国际订单外的所有订单在TMS系统中创建装运并分配装运订单，并向供应商提供装运指示;

-与预订代理商协调日常运营，通过KPI下发分析业绩;

推动供应商在预计到港前发出电放和其他文件，以避免在目的港发生集装箱储存罚款;

-如有必要，为特殊货物收集单据;

定期更新供应商和内部流程以提高全球物流绩效;

-经理安排的与岗位相关的其他工作。

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate majored in shipping, logistic and related;

- 1 years experience in shipping coordination & management of shipping documents is a plus;

- PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)

- Good written and verbal skills in English

- Ability to work under pressure when needed
