招聘简章皖北煤电集团公司是安徽省属重点企业之一。其前身皖北煤炭工业公司成立于1984年，1986年更名皖北矿务局，1998年改制组建皖北煤电集团有限责任公司。经过三十多年建设发展，企业由小到大、由弱到强，规模不断壮大、实力逐步提升，主营业务煤炭、煤化工、物流贸易和电力，主要产业地跨全国七省十五市，拥有安徽省第一家上市煤炭企业恒源煤电，形成了产物贸一体化、跨区域经营的综合性企业集团。现有在岗职工2.4万人，2019年期末资产总额447亿元。2019年生产煤炭2000万吨、化工产品115万吨，实现营业收入373亿元，盈利4.9亿元。位列2020年中国企业五百强第481位，中国煤炭企业五十强第23位。
