Who we are and what we do? We are 260+ professionals who work in teams to provide our private equity clients with research and independent perspectives, especially on potential investment decisions that are ambiguous in nature. We also serve corporate clients on strategic inquiries that require in-depth analytics. We like thinking, and we do good work.
Why us, considering all these alternatives? We have tuned our business model towards domains and questions that are new and challenging. That attracts a natural affinity for clients that are progressive, and consulting staffs that have hearts to explore unknown territories - for whom we have built the necessary platforms to underpin growth.
What do we look for in people? The wish list is very long, e.g., abilities to think critically and conceptually, openness for inquiries and fresh perspectives, conscientiousness, temperance, courage, and many other things. But by the end of day, we just want people who are authentic, have a good heart, and willing to learn as we move forward in time.
Career track expectations? Analyst 2-3 years, Associate 2 years, then Engagement Management positions and above. Staffing is rotational designed to widen domain exposure for our people. And it is true that we do more fast track promotions than others, because contrary to popular beliefs - we think consulting as an industry, is supply side driven.
