在招职位:
Customer Quality Engineer 客户质量工程师
Principal Accountabilities:
1.Customer focus, to be the customer representative in company and work for customer satisfaction.
2.Quick response and interact with customers for both proactive (APQP) and reactive (Corrective Action Response) situations.
3.Communicate customer requirements to CGT other functions and ensure customer requirements are fully met.
4.Work as new project member and prepare quality documentation for customer product submission approval.
5.Customer complaint handling, initial 8D problem solving activities when necessary.
6.Register, analysis, track, follow up and record customer quality issues and cost.
7.Support CGT NA for China customer quality issues communicating and solving.
8.Internal Q-reporting (monthly, management meeting, etc.) coordinating of setup Quality Objectives (CPPM & COPQ)
9.Other task as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1.Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and statistical/calibration programs.
2.Ability to interact professionally and build strong relationships with customers.
3.Expertise in design quality according to APQP process and customer requirements.
4.Experience with TS16949 automotive quality standard, strong communication and coordination skill also needed.
5.Experience in colour matching of printed roll goods manufactured using rotogravure printing BS in Manufacturing, Industrial or Quality Engineering.
6.Knowledge of Chemical industry and car interior material
7.Ability to travel
8.Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal skills.

Principal Accountabilities:
1.To develop and launch products in the Automotive business units.
2.Technical support to internal and external customers.

5.Create and maintain BOM, Process Specs, Control Plans, and FMEA’s.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1.B Sc. in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
2.Ability to participate in and lead cross functional teams.
3.Ability to successfully communicate concepts and ideas to customers, suppliers, management.
4.Excellent problem solving skills.
5.Thorough knowledge of managed products and customer applications.
6.Knowledge of Health Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.
7.Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
8.Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
机械维修技术员-倒班
职位要求:
1、良好的机械原理知识,熟悉齿轮传动、皮带传动、链条传动及液压传动的工作原理;
2、5年以上机械设备安装,维修经验;
3、需有电焊、氩弧焊、气割、气焊熟练的操作技能;
4、 能够独立焊接管道,制作支架,具有多层多道焊的熟练技能;
5、需对电气知识有一定了解,可以维修简单的电气方面的设备;
6、熟悉PM/TPM计划内容,能够积极自主的实施PM/TPM;
7、对机械不断改善,持续改进有良好的兴趣;
8、熟悉隔膜泵、导热油泵、多级离心泵、插桶泵工作原理,并且有熟练维修技能;
9、熟练掌握涡轮蜗杆减速机、摆线针轮减速机、锥形齿轮减速机、无级变速减速机维修技能;
10、备品备件管理,维修文件管理,主动填写维修记录。
职位职能:
1、设施设备,生产设备PM/TPM实施;
2、生产设备改造,生产设备维修;
3、设备安装、调试;
4、了解生产线操作和工艺,提出改进性维修建议。培训和指导操作工进行合理的设备操作;
5、每天对设备巡检、润滑,及时发现存在的隐患,并做好纪录,解决生产过程中机械设备方面的常见故障,减少停机时间;
6、设备故障分析、动手能力强、并能解决根源性问题;
7、较好的执行力,积极主动的完成上级主管交付的任务,有较强的责任心和良好的团队合作意识;
8、能够适应加班及倒班工作。
现场服务/驻厂服务
工作职责:
1、负责加通的产品质量控制及质量情况汇报
2、现场检验人员的管理,指导所有质检员理解并遵守检验项目和返工管理,对不良品进行统计和追踪
3、代表加通与客户就质量和生产问题沟通协商,并及时对公司总部汇报
4、管理和协调产品的审核过程
5、与客户保持日常沟通,出席会议,并视需要提供产品/文书
6、协助质量问题的解决
工作要求:
1、3年以上生产现场质量管理或生产管理经验,熟悉质量控制
2、良好的沟通能力,能协调客户和母公司
3、中专以上学历
4、愿意根据生产状况进行加班
5、熟悉质检人员管理方式方法
