盛美半导体设备（上海）有限公司(ACM)于1998年在美国硅谷成立。2006年9月与上海市政府合资落户上海张江高科技园区。公司集研发、设计、制造、市场、销售和服务于一体。ACM从事IC湿法工艺的设备开发：包括用于铜互连工艺的兆声波清洗、无应力铜抛光以及电化学镀铜设备。迄今，ACM已申请了100多项国际专利，其中60余项已获批准。ACM致力于为客户提供一流的产品和服务。

机械工程师

Responsibility  工作职责

1、To design semiconductor equipment system includes moving parts and liquid chemical delivery;

设计半导体设备系统，包括零部件,传动系统和化学或流体传输系统。

2、Can perform independent design works based on design specification;

根据设计说明书独立进行设计作业。

3、Work with process engineer to design or modify the mechanical system.

与工艺工程师合作，设计及改善机械系统。

4、Perform mechanical stress, strength, and deformation calculation.

进行机械拉力、強度及变形计算。

5、Perform temperature distribution, thermal stress, and thermal expansion calculation.

进行温度分布、热压、热膨胀度的计算。

6、Familiar with Pneumatic & Hydraulic principle,eg.fluid mechanics and thermodynamics

熟悉空压、液压原理。比如流体力学和热力学。

Requirements 任职要求

1、BS/MS/PHD degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering

机械工程本科/硕士/博士学历。

2、Knowledge of mechanics, material mechanics, and thermal mechanics

掌握机械学、材料机械学和热能机械学相关知识。

3、Knowledge of electrical circuit, automatic control theory, and control software

掌握电路、自动化控制原理和控制软件。

4、Working knowledge of Solid Works 3D, and/or AutoCAD 3D is must.

会使用Solid Works 3D和/或AutoCAD 3D软件。

5、Semiconductor equipment and tool design and development is a plus;

具有半导体设备及工具的设计和开发经验者优先考虑。

软件工程师

Responsibility  工作职责

Directly deal with customers and provide technical support，

应对客户的要求，更改软件并提供技术支持；

Design software to interface with and control servo motors, fluid, power, DIO and AIO and temperature，

提供控制底层硬件设备的接口，比如伺服电机，IO等。

Requirement  任职要求

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

计算机科学、计算机工程等相关领域本科学历；

Familiar with Microsoft Visual C++/C#，.NET，Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.

熟悉Microsoft Visual C++/C#，.NET/Microsoft Visual Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010;

Good English read and write ability. Have team cooperation spirit.

良好的英语读写能力,团队合作精神;

Configuration management experience with Source Safe or other similar tools.

有使用类似Source Safe软件的经验。

电子工程师

Responsibilities  工作职责

1.Be responsible for the semiconductor equipment control system design, test and release. (AC power distribution, analog/digital IO control, motion control, temperature control and safety logic function design),

负责半导体设备控制系统硬件的设计和调试，如：马达控制、I/O控制、温度控制和安全系统设计等；

2.Design technical documentation.

相关技术文档的编写；

3.Document control.

文件管理。

Requirements 任职要求

1. BS degree (MS is a plus), major in electronic related.

电气相关专业本科及以上学历;

2.Good English communication skills are necessary.

良好的英语读写能力，可以用英语进行技术沟通；

3. Circuit design and PLC program design

熟练掌握三菱、Beckhoff等PLC控制系统的设计及编程；

4. Be familiar with different kind of electrical components. (sensor, motion controller, motion driver, valve, relay and so on)

熟悉各种传感器、马达控制器、驱动器等相关电气元件；

5.Electrical design tool. ( Auto CAD, Orcad, PADS and so on)

熟练掌握电气设计工具，如AutoCAD、PADS2005、Orcad等；

工艺工程师

主要工作内容：

1.参与湿法工艺设备的研发、设计、规范制定，给出建设性的意见与方案

2.分析工艺路线所遇到的问题，提出有效解决方案，与其他部门工程师沟通并实施解决方案

3.开发与设计Demo设备的工艺实验与考核计划

4.考核与测试新机台设备可靠性和工艺性能

5.与其他部门工程师合作制定并执行机台组件，整机，及外设设备的可靠性测试计划，考核并达标如：平均故障间隔时间，晶圆破片率，可运行时间及其他市场研究中所提及的要求

6.基于工艺和可靠性测试数据，制定研发机台到产业化机台的改进方案

7.与其他部门工程师紧密合作，提供整合解决方案使机台达到设备的工艺要求

8.客户端与客户一起测试验证新机台，开发新工艺

9 撰写专利

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历

2.微电子、电子工程，材料工程，化学工程，或机械工程专业背景

4.熟悉半导体设备硬件结构者优先

5.能适应国内出差，少量国外出差

6.英语书写与口语流利
