Job Description：

Support product lifecycle management and get involved in different Optimize activities.

Deeply understand the design principle, industrialization processs and quality control of FD offers.

Participate cross-hub platform development and work as contact window of critical project (NG125 and C120).
Job Requirements：

Master degree or above.

Tooling Engineer
模具设计实习生
Location：France-Grenoble
Job Description：
❖
Analyze the feasibility of parts and their molds in OTM stage, and considers lessons learned from similar parts to improve the manufacturing feasibility of new parts.
❖
Consider the manufacturability and product application needs, and select of the best solution from the perspective of manufacturing feasibility and process simplification.
❖
Put forward and promote the most economical plastic mold development plan through scientific calculation.
❖
Complete the technical specification of plastic parts mold, estimate the cost of parts, and support the selection and review of mass production suppliers.
❖
Track mold development process and ensure mold status meets technical specifications, parts meet technical requirements and mold development progress meets project plan.
❖
Define reasonable production parameters of plastic parts through scientific verification, and complete mold acceptance from the perspective of mold conformity and production capacity.
❖
Support the quality problem analysis of plastic parts and mold development, and continuously optimize the production process.
Job Requirements：
❖
Major in engineering related disciplines, polymer material or mold Major is preferred.
❖
Bachelor degree or above.
❖
Knowledge of mechanical drawing, drawing software Creo/NX/Auto-CAD/Solidworks.

Hardware Design Engineer
硬件研发实习生
Location: France-Grenoble
Job Description：
❖
Design and develop embedded hardware systems(Electronic circuit calculation and design, debugging, and defect analysis), then work with eCAD Engineer to complete PCB layout design.
❖
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software.
a)
Work with Firmware engineer to get the board function.
b)
Work with Purchaser for low BOM Cost.
c)
Work with Industrialization/EMS plant for KP/EP/MP Blank PCB/PCBA manufacture.
d)
Work with Certification to solve all EMC/EMI issues.
e)
Work with Validation team to solve all issues.
❖
Conduct testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability (EMC, Environment tests, etc).
❖
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues from electronic view.
❖
Follow the design process and deliver the document on time and quality.
Job Requirements：
❖
Master’s degree in Electronic & Automation Science or related field.

Proficiency in hardware design tools (e.g., Mentor or Cadence, or similar tools).
b)
Good knowledge about EMC/EMI.
c)
Good knowledge about Blank PCB/PCBA manufacture.
d)
Good knowledge of communication protocol knowledge, and embedded system development experience.
e)
Solid skills in soldering components, operating oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators etc.

Procurement Service Specialist

Job Description：
❖
Implement Price Update in ERP system.
❖
Preparation of RFQ Packages and support RFQ.
❖
Procurement master data maintenance, such as supplier set up, supplier information updates.
❖
Support annual negotiation document preparation.
❖
Assist procurement function in managing vendors to ensure service reliability and quality reports and analysis of metrics of supplier performance.

Job Description：

Responsible for the quality management of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) suppliers, including supplier admission audits, supplier mass production certification, supplier performance control, and supplier continuous improvement.
❖
Responsible for resolving internal and external customer quality issues related to OEM products.
❖
In charge of product evolution project quality, ensuring that mass production quality risks are controllable or visible.
❖
Proficient in using Schneider's quality processes, tools, and systems to ensure orderly conduct of quality work.
