此次招聘的岗位是技术支持工程师,作为该Team的一员,职责是解决客户使用红帽产品时所遇到的问题。在工作的过程中,我们会有来自不同领域的专家团队作为后盾和支撑,我们的宗旨是尽力让客户感受到优秀的服务体验和分享开源技术带来的便利,从而助力客户在IT浪潮中立于不败之地。

除了正式岗位以外,我们还设置实习岗位,实习生目前需要到北京办公室工作,感兴趣的同学也可以联系我们。

技术支持工程师(粤语方向)(2名)

* Act as the direct contact for customer inquiries from customers in Hong Kong and Macao

* Analyze problems with non-functioning software; recommend corrective actions and resolutions to customers

* Use professional concepts and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues

* Collaborate with global support engineers to resolve customer issues; document and share diagnostic steps and problem resolutions with the Support Delivery team

* Work with all levels of support engineers in other regions on global projects and assignments

* Deliver an exceptional customer service experience

* Be on call and perform night and weekend shift duties on a rotational schedule as needed


* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to customers with various levels of technical experience

* Good understanding of Linux or UNIX like systems

* Fluent Cantonese language skills

* Solid English language skills, both written and verbal (CET-4 >= 425 or other compatible level)

* Demonstrated understanding of operating system installation, configuration, networking, security and firewalls, and web server

* Bachelor's or above degree in computer science or other technical fields 

* Experienced in enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS, and clustering) or virtualization is a plus

* Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or a comparable combination of experience and qualifications is a plus

* Other language skills are a plus

* Open source project experience is a plus
