Soering is a Germany company headquartered near Hamburg city. It was founded in 1985 by Mr. Holger Soering, a visionary entrepreneur who aims to provide more affordable world-class medical technology to better serve surgeons and patients.
Soering’s products are now used in hospitals in more than 100 countries and areas. In July of 2016, after receiving CFDA’s registration, the company decided to enter China officially and hence set up its Rep Office in Shanghai. Since that, Soering’s business in China has picked up exponentially.

The Product Consultant’s main responsibility is to accumulate insights and develop the market, while achieving a minimum amount of sales target. We believe that sales results will naturally realize if the Product Consultant effectively and consistently fulfil his/her duty mentioned in above. Hence, the Product Consultant should be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
Persistently learning relevant knowledge about the diseases and associated treatment methods that customers are dealing with on daily basis, and accumulating insights accordingly.
Fully understanding the features and benefits of the company’s products and utilizing the product knowledge to help doctors to perform surgeries in a safer and more effective way.
Providing necessary training service to relevant distributors and business partners to enable them to support customers more efficiently.
Collecting and reporting market intelligence required by the company, and developing appropriate market development strategy accordingly.
Achieving a certain amount of sales target required for sustaining the company’s business model.
Striving to build leadership by offering support, and mentoring service to colleagues when required by the company, to other team members.
Honest and high level of integrity
Curious and quick to learn
Bachelor degree or above
Ready to travel frequently
Sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical or medical device companies is a plus
Education background of medicine is preferable.
